JEWELRY SIZES & IMAGES

PLEASE READ BELOW ► There is more than one photo of each listing. Photos are ENLARGED to show detail. I list the sizes of all components, especially Gemstones and Desert Pearls, in the listings. Natural gemstones are formed deep within the Earth over millions of years by geological factors such as heat and pressure. While overall color of stones is a given, natural gemstones are unique and bear their own “fingerprint.”- slight variations from pictures should be expected. Please ensure you are happy with the color and have the correct size needed before ordering. If you have any questions about size, color, etc. please message me. I have bracelets and ring sizers available that I can ship to you the same day.

► MEASURE & SIZE GUIDE

• BRACELETS - recommend ordering a size that is roughly 1/4-1/2 inch (preference) larger than actual ankle or wrist size for a comfortable fit. Use a flexible cloth measuring tape or string layered snuggly around your wrist or ankle bone, measure it on a flat ruler. The length you choose will be the total length, including clasp. • NECKLACES - End to end (including clasp), standard jeweler measurement. Dangling pendants are measured separately. • RINGS- I create all rings true to standard US sizing. For the most accurate fit, I suggest having your fingers sized. You can visit a local jeweler to have your desired finger sized. 1 inch extender available for chain items. Ring and bracelet sizers are available under Supplies if needed.

I make every effort to ship as fast as possible, usually same or the next day. Once your package leaves my hands and is turned over to USPS, or other shipping company, I have no control of what happens to it or their delays. I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. ► MATERIAL & JEWELRY CARE

My jewelry is created using durable, high-quality materials. If you have any concerns, I am here to help—just reach out! The majority of my jewelry pieces are made with 925 sterling silver. The few items I have with other alloy metal have this listed in the description. To protect your sterling pieces, store them in airtight containers and use tarnish-resistant products—like specialized tabs or bags—to absorb harmful substances. Keep sterling silver in a cool, dry environment. Most tarnish can be removed simply by good ole polishing or soaking the item in an anti-tarnish solution, such as Dawn Dish Soap. Sunshine Polishing Cloths are excellent for cleaning sterling—check out my Supplies Section if you’d like to buy one directly from me.

► RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY

All of our items are covered by a 30-day quality guarantee! Returns are accepted within 14 days from delivery for store credit or exchange. As your item(s) are made to order, refunds will be on a case-by-case basis. Items are to be in mint condition and in original packaging. To start a return, please contact me within the return window. Please note, items marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return. Exchanges also cannot be returned a second time. For any other concerns, feel free to email us, we are here to help.
