We received this product in a really banged up box with several missing parts for assembly. Was about ready to throw the towel in on the whole thing but the seller was beyond helpful in getting things sorted. They sent us links to the screws we needed that could arrive via Amazon next day (so we didn't have to wait for their replacement shipping from Australia) and they reimbursed us for the parts. We still haven't put the shelves together, but assuming everything works well, this is one of the most responsive / collaborative sellers I've interacted with on Etsy and I think if anything goes wrong, you can trust that they will do what they can to make it right.
