Highlights
These weighted eye masks are eco-friendly being made from 100% cotton fabric and filled with cleaned and dried cherry stones.
The masks may be either microwaved at full power in 30 second intervals until the desired temperature is reached (usually 30-60 seconds), or alternatively place in a freezer for one hour to make a cold compress.
The eye pad may also be used as a weighted sleep mask (55 g ) without heating or cooling of the cherry stones.
An elasticated band keeps the mask in place.
