Shipping delay refunds

We are not in control of shipping delays by the delivery provider after we dispatch a package. Therefore, shipping delays and late deliveries will not be considered for refund or partial refund. Feel free to message us if you are looking to receive something before a certain deadline and we would be happy to assess whether a package can be shipped earlier.

Incorrect Address Submitted

If the address on the order is not the current address of the customer, or has a typo submitted by the customer, the customer may inform the seller of the preferred address to use before the item is dispatched. If the customer informs the seller of an incorrect address after the order is dispatched, refunds will not be accepted.

Lots of people have been asking for us to make a Sims Plumbob Headband for Halloween costumes and parties, and now it's finally here! We wanted to make sure that our design was secure enough that you could run, dance, and move your head any way you want and the headband would stay on. We settled on a helmet-style headpiece with adjustable paracord so that the headband could be secured to the head as tightly as desired. We hope that you like our design and have loads of fun with it, without the worry of the headband falling and breaking like other designs we've seen.
