Please unpack and inspect your order promptly upon delivery, even if purchased as a gift. Artwork should not be left sealed in its packaging for extended periods, particularly in damp or unheated environments, as trapped moisture and changes in temperature or humidity may cause damage. Printed artwork should be kept away from prolonged strong/direct sunlight and excessive moisture, both of which may cause deterioration over time. Silk is a particularly delicate material and should be handled and stored with care. I do not recommend displaying silk artwork in kitchens, bathrooms or other damp environments. Silk products are also unsuitable for use as push-pin maps, as piercing the fabric may cause it to ladder.

Custom and personalised orders

Please ensure all personalisation details are complete, clear and unambiguous. If information is missing, unclear or contradictory, I may need to contact you before proceeding. Delays in providing information/clarification may delay production and dispatch, and original estimated dates may no longer apply. I reserve the right to extend processing times while awaiting information or approval. Where optional details are omitted (e.g. map style/font), I may use the listing image/default option. Changes may not be possible once production has begun. Significant alterations requested after work has begun may incur a design fee.

Proof approval process

Digital proofs are provided for many custom designs. Please check your Etsy inbox regularly to avoid delays. Where a proof is provided, please check all details carefully, including spelling, dates, wording and locations. Approval confirms that you are happy for the design to proceed to production immediately. Once a design is substantially agreed, a further proof will only be sent on request. Changes after approval may incur a reprint charge. If I cannot reach you, I reserve the right to print and dispatch the first proof towards the end of the stated processing time. All customer communication is via Etsy Messages; emails are not regularly monitored.

Rush orders / delivery timescales

I operate a two-tier system in which rush orders are prioritised above standard orders. I aim to dispatch rush orders as soon as practicable, often within 1–2 working days following proof approval (where applicable). A rush upgrade prioritises production and dispatch only. It does not guarantee delivery by a particular date. Delivery times remain dependent upon the postal service selected and are outside my control. Etsy's estimated delivery dates do not accurately reflect my different processing options.

Push pins for canvas pinboards

Map pin quantities of 30+ are counted using high-precision scales and are supplied with a tolerance of ±5%. For example, a packet of 100 pins may contain 95–105 pins. If a custom mix is selected but no colour/quantity details are supplied, I reserve the right to select the colours and quantities.

Please report damage as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain the item and ALL original packaging and provide clear photos showing: (1) the entire item, (2) close-ups of the damage and (3) all internal/external packaging. Further evidence may be requested where reasonably required to establish the nature and cause of damage. Please do not discard, alter or attempt to repair the item/packaging while a claim is being investigated. Damage caused after delivery through accident, misuse, mishandling or attempted repair is not covered.

Other delivery issues

Most orders are now sent using tracked services, so non-delivery is extremely rare. If your order has not arrived, please contact me promptly so that I can investigate. As a guide, please contact me within 14 days of dispatch for UK orders or 30 days for international orders. Please ensure the delivery address supplied with your order is complete and correct. Additional postage costs may apply where an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

All original designs, artwork, listing images, photographs, text and other creative content produced by Fabble remain my intellectual property and are protected by applicable copyright law. Purchase of a physical or digital product is for the buyer's personal use only unless commercial use is expressly authorised in writing. Purchase does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or commercially exploit my original designs or artwork.

Customer-supplied photographs, wording and other material

Where a customer supplies photographs, images, wording or other material for inclusion in a personalised product, the customer is responsible for ensuring they have permission to use that material for the requested purpose. By supplying it, the customer confirms that its use in completing their order will not infringe another person's copyright or other rights.

Colours and screen display

Colours displayed on screen may vary slightly from the finished printed product due to differences between monitors/devices and the printing process. Where a specific colour is required, please select from the options provided or supply a suitable colour reference code where the listing permits this.

Tell the story of your life and loves with a custom 6 location map print, framed and ready to gift or display in an A3 solid wood frame. For couples, popular choices include where a couple first met, the engagement spot, wedding destination, home town or favourite holiday location. For individuals, I've done sports grounds, education timelines, office locations, key life milestones and more.

CUSTOMISATION (see listing images for full details):
1. Map style: watercolour, modern, topography, vintage or topography.
2. Map shape: circle, heart or square.
3. Map border style: no border, soft edge, fine border.
4. Font style: 10 options and font colour (various).
5. Location marker: 8 styles.
6. Print finish: cotton canvas, smooth Giclée or photo gloss.
7. Framing: solid wood A3 frame in white, oak or black (print size 16.5 x 11.7 inches).
8. Custom text: up to 2 short lines of text (map title and short caption). Perhaps names, dates or location details.

HOW TO ORDER:
1. Select your map style and border option from the first dropdown menu (primary colour)
2. Choose your print finish and frame colour from the second dropdown menu (finish)
3. Add your personalisation details (map locations, custom text details and style requests) and place your order. NB. If you run out of characters in 'add personalisation' you can send a message or continue in the 'note to seller'.
4. A digital proof will be sent for your approval via Etsy messaging (notifications are sent to the email address attached to your order).

RUSH ORDERS & SHIPPING:
- My RUSH ORDER service includes priority processing, plus options to upgrade postage within the UK (there is no faster delivery method available for international orders). Please select ‘rush order’ in the shipping options at checkout.
- For orders within the UK, standard shipping is via Royal Mail 2nd Class standard. Upgrades are available at checkout.
- Orders to USA/Australia/Canada are shipped with tracking as standard. Elsewhere, international orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Standard. Please purchase a shipping upgrade if tracking is required.
