The phone case was different than whats pictured. The border around the camera is not the same and the color scheme for the trim was different. Its a good quality item but now what I wanted. I contacted the store owner and she was very quick to respond. she offered to replace the cover for me, or to give me a full refund. I asked for the refund and she gave it same day. She apologized for the inconvenience and said if theres anything else she can help me with, she'd be happy to. I am happy with the customer service despite the item being different than what was listed.
