My item arrived damaged

We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged: Contact USPS Immediately: Damaged packages should be reported directly to USPS as they are responsible for any damage caused during transit. Save All Packaging: Please keep the original packaging and take clear photos of the item and box. USPS may require this for their claims process. When will my item arrive?

My order says delivered, but I never received it. What should I do?
