Our printers operate on business days only, Monday through Friday:
• Production time: 2–5 business days
• Shipping time: additional 2-7 business days
• Orders placed Friday–Sunday will enter our production queue first thing the upcoming Monday

⏳Need your order by a specific date?
It’s the buyer’s responsibility to notify us at least two weeks in advance if your order is needed by a specific date. By messaging us, we can confirm whether we can accommodate your requested timeline.

✨ Returns & Exchanges
Each shirt is custom and made to order just for you. Because these items cannot be restocked or resold, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, please reach out within 30 days — we’ll gladly send a free replacement or offer a full refund.

✨ Cancellations
Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. After that timeframe, we cannot guarantee cancellation as all orders are sent to production quickly.
