Production Time:
Each item is made to order and crafted with care. Please allow up to 15 business days for production before your order ships.

Returns & Refunds:
Because our products are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  Refunds are only available if an item arrives damaged or is lost during shipping.  If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
