Highlights
Vintage Miss Minute Maid Doll ca. 1950s, advertising Minute Maid Orange Juice. I believe this young lady is made by Virga. She is a plastic 7-1/2” blue-eye blonde, with sleep eyes, rosy cheeks and a dainty Clara Bow mouth. She has her original apron, hat and panties. The hat is on slightly crooked. I think it can be removed and retied but a previous owner has secured the hat with a straight pin through the wig hair on top. The pin has a bit of corrosion so I have left it in place. The turquoise felt clothing is clean and bright. The ribbon at her neck is creased but intact and clean. Hair retains curl but is flattened. A broken dried up rubber band is visible under the hat – I think probably this originally held the hair in place (just my best guess). The doll is still sturdy and intact and a charming reminder to drink your juice!
The doll is not suitable for young children!
Miss Minute Maid will travel for $6.00 by Ground Advantage Mail in the U.S. as befits a pageant winner. I have discontinued International Shipping.
