This was exactly what I needed. I don’t have a PMP and got thrown into managing a pretty big project, so I honestly had no idea where to start. What I loved about this bundle is that it gives you a full structure without making it feel overly complicated or full of jargon. The dashboard, budget tracker, Gantt chart, meeting log, and RACI matrix were especially helpful for keeping everything organized and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. I also really appreciated that it came pre-filled with sample data, because I wasn’t staring at a blank spreadsheet trying to figure it all out on my own. It made me feel so much more confident managing the project and gave me a clear system from start to finish.
