Can I edit the invitations or party templates?

Yes! Most of my designs are editable templates, allowing you to personalise names, dates, ages and party details easily. Some graphics/images are not editable - please check in listing images. I also offer complete custom designs, where I insert all of your details for you, so all you need to do it print, message me if you have any questions. Editing instructions are also included with every purchase.

Are these physical items?

No – all of my products are digital downloads. Nothing will be mailed to you. You can download your files instantly after purchase and print them at home or through a professional printer.

What can I print these on?

You can print your kids party invitations and signage at home on cardstock or paper (I recommend minimum 210gsm cardstock for invitations, although the higher gsm the more premium your items will feel). Or send them to a professional print shop for a polished finish - I recommend discussing your needs with them first as different printers may require a different file type (PNG, PDF etc).

Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?

Due to the nature of instant digital downloads, refunds or exchanges aren’t available. If you have any issues with your file, I’m always happy to help - message me right here on Etsy!

Can I use these for commercial purposes?

These files are for personal use only and are not licensed for resale or commercial use.

What if I need help with my download?

I’m here to help! If you have trouble downloading, editing or printing your files, just send me a message and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
