How do I download my files after purchase?

What machines are your files compatible with?

Our designs are created primarily for laser cutting machines, including: • Glowforge • xTool • Any other CO₂ and Diode lasers

What materials work best for these designs?

Most designs are optimized for layered artwork using 2 to 4mm materials such as: • Plywood • MDF • Acrylic • Heavy cardstock

How do multilayer designs work?

Each artwork is made of multiple layers that are cut separately. Once cut, the layers are stacked and glued together to create a beautiful 3D effect and depth.

Can I sell products made from these files?

Yes — you can sell physical products made using our designs. However, please purchase our Commercial License, available in the shop under the Commercial License Category.

What if I need help with the files?

Can I resize the design?

Yes. All designs are fully resizable, so you can scale them to fit your project or material size. However, please note that scaling the design too small may cause very fine details to be lost or difficult to cut cleanly, depending on your laser machine and material thickness. For best results, we recommend testing your settings and adjusting the size if needed before cutting the final piece.

What type of paint should I use?

For best results, we recommend using acrylic paint when coloring your laser cut pieces. Acrylic paint dries quickly, provides good coverage, and works well on common materials such as plywood, MDF, and acrylic. Oil-based paints are generally not recommended, as they take much longer to dry and can sometimes cause uneven absorption on wood surfaces. Many makers prefer to paint each layer before cutting, then apply masking tape or maker tape over the painted surface before laser cutting. This helps protect the material and reduces burn marks or smoke stains during the cutting process. You may also choose to stain, spray paint, or seal the layers depending on the look you want to achieve.

What type of glue should I use to assemble the layers?

Most multilayer designs can be assembled using wood glue or craft glue. These provide a strong bond and work well with common materials such as plywood and MDF. For faster assembly, many makers also use: • PVA wood glue • Super glue (CA glue) for quick bonding • Craft glue or tacky glue for more working time Apply a small, even amount of glue to avoid excess squeeze-out between layers. Clamping or pressing the layers together for a few minutes can help ensure a clean and secure bond.
