Originally I gave low stars because the formatting was wrong. The seller reached out to me and helped me realize it was actually user error. I downloaded it on my iPhone and when I did I used “save as photo” instead of downloading the full file. This caused the aspect ratio to get messed up. When I redownloaded it as a file and uploaded it to my TV in that format, it worked perfectly and looks great! 5 star quality and customer service.
