HOW & WHEN WILL THE ITEM BE DELIVERED?

I aim to create and ship all items within 5 business days of receiving payment but this may occasionally take longer during busy periods. Domestic packages (within the UK) are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with an option to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24. International packages (outside the UK) are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. A tracking number will be provided to you. Please see the individual listing details for packaging costs and estimated delivery times. Please note that I will endeavour to ship the item within the promised time frame but I cannot be held responsible for any delays which are beyond my control, once the parcel has been shipped. Please note the buyer is responsible for any customs fees incurred.

HOW DO I FIND THE CORRECT SIZE BRACELET FOR ME?

To find your size simply measure your wrist tightly with either a piece of string or a soft tape measure to determine the base circumference. Please ensure you measure the part of your wrist where you would like to wear the bracelet. Next, round the measurement to the nearest quarter inch or half cm. Then simply include the rounded wrist measurement in the personalisation box when you order, and also state whether you prefer a snug (fairly tight) or a loose fit. EXTENSION CHAIN OPTION - If you choose the option with the Lobster Clasp & Extension Chain, the extension chain is roughly 1" long, so it is advisable to use the base circumference measurement to ensure the fit is not too tight.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?

All my packaging is eco-friendly, and recycled/recyclable/biodegradable. Most items are shipped in a sturdy box, but some mini items may be shipped in a padded envelope instead to help save on shipping costs. Jewellery items will be packaged in a microfibre pouch, with the option to upgrade to a branded box (for a small additional fee) at checkout. I will gladly pack multiple items together in one box to help keep shipping costs down, and to reduce wastage. If you have multiple orders and require them to be packaged separately please state this in the order notes and/or pop me a message :)

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

If an item is damaged on arrival (except where damage is stated/shown in the listing) you may opt for a full refund, if you let me know within 3 days of receiving the item. Once agreed the item is damaged (via photographic evidence) I will arrange for a refund to be issued for the price paid (full or sale price). If the order is domestic (UK only) and you want to return it for any other reason you may do so if you notify me within 7 days of receiving the item. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs (tracked service required ie. Royal Mail Tracked 48) and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. The refund amount will be the price paid less a 10% restocking fee. All International orders are final sale.

DO YOU RENEW OUT OF STOCK ITEMS?

Due to the uniqueness of many crystals, many of them may be in short supply, especially in the high grade that I use in my jewellery pieces. I will not renew a listing unless I can source another batch of the same colour and quality as the original listing. Due to this it is not guaranteed that a listing will be renewed, although I will try my hardest to ensure a steady supply. Some items may be one of a kind. In this case it will be made clear in the listing description that the item is a one-off and therefore unlikely to be relisted.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM OR PERSONALISED ORDERS?

I do not currently accept custom or personalised orders but this is something I am looking to do in the future. Please feel free though to contact me with any requests or ideas you may have for jewellery pieces or materials as I may consider adding them to an upcoming collection :)

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY PIECE?

Gold-filled Jewellery does not tarnish like cheaper, plated jewellery. However, to keep it looking its best please observe the following advice: 🌿 Remove when sleeping 🌿 Remove when exercising 🌿 Avoid contact with perfume, cosmetics, and cleaners 🌿 Remove when bathing or swimming 🌿 Store in a pouch or box in a cool, dry place 🌿 Clean using a soft, dry cloth Sterling Silver may tarnish over time, so make sure to polish it regularly! Please note that some stones are softer than others (and may not like water) so may be more prone to scratching or breaking. Please take care not to cause the beads unnecessary stress, to avoid scratches or fractures. A card explaining the care instructions will also be sent with each jewellery piece.

DO YOU POINT OUT ANY IMPERFECTIONS?

Please note that these are natural stones. Due to the natural variation in the stones the colours can vary slightly from piece to piece. I try to photograph each item as accurately as possible, using natural light when available (which can be tricky in the UK!) but please bear in mind that the item may appear to be a different colour depending on the particular lighting it is viewed in. I will also highlight any imperfections. Please also note that photos often make the item appear larger than it really is - please consider the size and weight descriptions in the listing before purchasing.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEM EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED?

I send all my packages via tracked services and provide you with a tracking number. I am not responsible for packages that have been stolen or that state they have been delivered on the tracking to the correct address, but are not received. If the tracking states it has been delivered and I have correctly sent it to the address that was entered when your ordered then it is the buyers responsibility to file a claim with the postal company (Royal Mail). However, if it is my fault in any way I will gladly issue a refund or replace the item.

ARE YOUR MATERIALS ETHICALLY SOURCED?

As a nature lover I am very conscious of the impact I make on the earth, and try to minimise any negative impact as much as I can, while reinforcing the positive. The main supplier I source my crystal beads from operates fair trade, responsible manufacturing, and sustainable mining practices. I also responsibly source stones to the best of my ability which have been extracted and carved under ethical conditions and would not knowingly work with anyone who doesn't uphold these standards. The majority of my findings are made in the US and are sourced from either the US or the UK. My packaging materials are almost 100% recycled / recyclable and I avoid the use of plastic whenever possible.
