There is strength in stillness – and joy in movement! 🧘‍♀️✨

Sometimes, the daily routine in daycare calls for a moment to breathe, stretch, and focus. With these 28 gymnastics and yoga picture cards, you can playfully show children how to perceive their bodies and strengthen them in a targeted way. The clear, human-like illustrations make it easy for children to copy the poses.

Why this set is perfect for your group:

Clear visualization: Each card shows a human figure in a specific pose. This promotes visual perception and its translation into one's own body movement.

Diverse exercises: A mix of classic yoga elements and effective gymnastics and stretching exercises ensures a holistic workout.

A haven of peace in everyday life: Ideal as a ritual after playtime, for targeted relaxation in the morning circle or for a quiet sports session in the gym.

Handy format: The 7 PDF pages each contain 4 cards. Once cut out, they are the perfect size to present as an "exercise of the day" or to place in a small basket.

💡 My personal practical tip:
We like to use these cards as a "quiet zone." If things get too hectic in the group room, one child can draw a card and everyone does the exercise together for 30 seconds. It works wonders for concentration! The cards are also fantastic as station cards for physical education classes in elementary school.

This is included in your download:

7 PDF pages with a total of 28 different gymnastics & yoga cards.

Clear, child-friendly graphics with human figures.

Structured layout for easy printing and cutting.

🖨️ Format & Printing Tips:

Print the pages on A4 paper (preferably on heavyweight paper).

Recommendation: Definitely laminate them! Since the cards are often lying on the floor while the children imitate the poses, this will keep them clean and durable. 🛠️✨
