What materials do you use?

All stickers are printed on high‑quality waterproof vinyl. Prints are produced on premium matte art paper, and greeting cards are printed on thick, smooth cardstock with a matching envelope.

Are your stickers waterproof?

Yes — all vinyl stickers are water‑resistant and suitable for laptops, bottles, journals and more. They are not recommended for dishwashers or full submersion.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! I offer custom stickers, prints and greeting cards. Message me with your idea and I’ll let you know the options, pricing and turnaround time.

How long does shipping take?

UK orders usually arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch. International orders typically take 5–14 business days depending on location and customs.

Do you offer digital items?

Yes — some items are available as digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped. Files can be downloaded instantly from your Etsy account under “Purchases & Reviews.”

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery (excluding custom items and digital downloads). Items must be unused and returned in original condition.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?
