What type of products do you sell?

All items in my shop are digital downloads — no physical products are shipped. You’ll receive high-quality planner files, stickers, or templates that you can use digitally (in apps like GoodNotes, Notability, or Xodo) or print at home if you prefer.

How do I download my files?

After purchase, your files will be available under “Purchases and Reviews” in your Etsy account. Click “Download Files” next to your order. You’ll also receive an email from Etsy with the download link. If your product includes a Dropbox link, simply open the provided PDF and follow the link to access your files.

Can I use these products on multiple devices?

Yes! Once you’ve downloaded the files, you can use them on all your personal devices — tablet, phone, or computer. Just make sure you’re signed in to the same app account (like GoodNotes or iCloud) to sync your planner across devices.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

Since all items are digital, I’m unable to offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if you experience any issues with your download or file access, please reach out to me through Etsy Messages — I’ll be happy to help you get it sorted quickly.

Can I share or resell your products?

All products are for personal use only. You may not share, resell, or redistribute the digital files in any way. If you’d like to use my designs for business or commercial purposes, please contact me for licensing options or visit my commercial license section to get one along with your purchase

What if I’m new to digital planning?

No worries at all! I design my planners and stickers with beginners in mind. You’ll receive an easy-to-follow guide (or link) explaining how to import and start using your new planner or stickers in your preferred app.

Do you offer custom planners or sticker designs?

Currently, I focus on ready-to-use digital products, but I occasionally take on custom design projects. If you have a specific theme or idea in mind, send me a message — I’d love to discuss it!
