🖌️ How They’re Made
Each design begins as an original illustration inspired by classic American mahjong tiles and created with the help of modern design tools.
The finished design is carefully printed onto waterslide paper and applied by hand to a ceramic tile.
Each tile is individually baked, sealed with 8 layers of glossy acrylic spray and finished by hand for durability, with a cork backing applied for safe use as a coaster.
Because each tile is finished by hand, slight variations and small imperfections may occur and are considered part of the character of the piece.

🧽 Care Instructions
To keep your coasters looking their best, wipe clean with a soft cloth as needed.
Please do not place in the dishwasher or soak in water.
These coasters are sealed for everyday use, but like many handmade decorative coasters they are not intended for prolonged exposure to standing water. Leaving very wet glasses or large cups with condensation sitting for extended periods may eventually affect the finish or cause image fading over time.
Normal everyday use is completely fine. Simply wipe dry after use and avoid leaving standing moisture on the surface for long periods.
