ORDER DETAILS & PERSONALIZATION

Please check the recipient name, shipping address, item, size, design number, and all personalization before ordering. Text may be prepared exactly as entered, including spelling, capitalization, punctuation, names, and dates. If you notice an error, message us immediately through Etsy. Corrections are not guaranteed after file preparation or production begins. Buyer-submitted or approved errors are not production defects. For photo-based orders, provide a clear, high-resolution image and confirm you have permission to use it.

PROOFS, APPROVALS & REVISIONS (WHERE APPLICABLE)

Proofs are sent through Etsy Messages when included for that item. Please review spelling, capitalization, dates, font, size, placement, and overall layout. Changes must be requested within 12 hours. If no response is received, the proof will be considered approved and production may begin unless explicit approval is required. Included revisions cover reasonable adjustments to the original request. New wording, photos, concepts, or extensive redesigns may require an additional design fee. No changes can be guaranteed after production begins.

3. CANCELLATIONS & PREPARATION FEES (WHERE APPLICABLE)

Cancellation requests may be submitted within 2 hours, but this does not guarantee a full refund after work begins. By ordering, you authorize immediate design, file setup, verification, and production preparation. Full refunds apply only before work begins. For made-to-order items, personalized or not, an approved pre-production refund is reduced by: $15 if file/design setup began but no proof/mockup was sent; or $25 if a proof/mockup was sent. Fees are alternative, not cumulative. After production submission, no cancellation, change, or buyer-requested refund is possible. We may cancel and fully refund any order we cannot fulfill.

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return eligibility is shown on each listing. Personalized and made-to-order products—including items ordered without personalization but produced specifically for the order—are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to change of mind, wrong size/design selection, buyer-submitted errors, or expected material/print characteristics. Ready-to-ship items follow the return terms displayed in their listing. Confirmed shipping damage, production defects, or seller errors are handled under our replacement policy. Etsy Purchase Protection and applicable legal rights remain unaffected.

5. MATERIALS, DESIGN FILES & PRODUCT VARIATIONS (WHERE APPLICABLE)

Our cutting boards are approximately 0.24-inch tempered glass with a textured top, artwork printed on the back, and rubber feet. Wood, resin, marble, flowers, geode, stained-glass, and similar effects are printed artwork—not real materials or engraving. We may make minor print-file adjustments for production without materially changing the approved design. Components may vary slightly between supplier batches, and listing images may not show every minor update. Variations that do not materially affect product type, size, function, quality, or overall appearance are not defects. Hand wash only; avoid dishwashers, direct heat, impacts, and sudden temperature changes.

6. ADDITIONAL SERVICES & PRIVATE LISTINGS

Services not included in the original order may require a separate private Etsy listing. These may include custom design work, extensive revisions, new photos or concepts, post-approval changes, remakes, rush handling, shipping upgrades, or reshipment. A listing will be created only after the scope and price are agreed upon with the buyer through Etsy Messages. The listing must be purchased before the additional work or service begins. No extra service fee will be added without buyer approval. Once the work has begun or a shipping label has been purchased, the service fee is non-refundable.

7. PROCESSING, SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing time and estimated delivery are shown in each listing and may vary by product. Production time is separate from carrier transit time; weekends and holidays are not business days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, peak-season volume, customs, or force majeure may affect arrival. Available carriers may include USPS, DHL, UPS, or another appropriate service. Express shipping upgrades transit only, not production, and do not guarantee arrival by a specific date.

8. RETURN ADDRESS & DOMESTIC RESHIPMENT

Our production partners do not accept returns. Never send an item to a production facility or any address without our written instructions. For a domestic package returned because of an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal, or missed pickup, we may provide our designated return address. Reshipment is available only after the package is received and requires a minimum $20 handling/reshipment fee covering receipt, processing, and a new shipment; higher costs may apply. Original shipping is non-refundable. If the package is not returned, a new order is required. International returns or reshipments require a separate written agreement and quote.

9. DELAYED, LOST, DELIVERED & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If a package is delayed, lost, or marked Delivered but missing, the recipient must first contact the local carrier, open a trace/investigation, and send us the case/reference number. Only the recipient can confirm personal details, building access, mailroom, household members, or neighbors. Refunds/replacements are not automatic and are considered only after carrier or Etsy review. For international orders, the recipient must contact the destination carrier/customs and follow local import, tax, delivery, and documentation rules. Customs delays, local procedures, rule changes, unpaid charges, or delivery restrictions are outside our control.

10. DAMAGE, PRODUCTION ERRORS & REPLACEMENTS

Inspect the item promptly and contact us within 14 days. Send clear photos of the full item lying flat, a close-up of the issue, the full packaging, any package damage, and the shipping label. Keep the item and packaging during review. Confirmed transit damage, production defects, wrong items, or seller errors qualify for a same-spec replacement at no extra cost; return is normally not required. Replacements use the original approved size, design, and personalization. Changes require a new purchase. Approved proof details, normal texture/color/batch variations, and buyer-caused damage are not defects.
