SIZING DETAILS

Please refer to our size chart carefully before choosing your size. Each dress is made according to the standard measurements of the selected size at checkout.

If you are uncertain about sizing, feel free to share your measurements with us before placing your order — we’re happy to assist.

For made-to-measure orders, please select the “Custom Size” option and contact us to receive detailed measurement guidance. Your dress will be created based on the measurements you provide, and we will send photos of the finished piece for your approval prior to shipping.

Once the dress has been approved and shipped, we cannot take responsibility for any fit-related concerns, provided that the garment has been made in accordance with the measurements you submitted. As an online studio, we are unable to take measurements in person; our role is to follow your measurements accurately and provide verification images before dispatch.

Customizations may involve an additional fee ranging from 10% to 70% of the item price, depending on the complexity of the request.

COLOR DISCLAIMER

Our color palette is photographed under natural daylight conditions. Due to the characteristics of fabric (especially its texture and light reflection), colors may appear differently depending on lighting environments such as indoor lighting, outdoor lighting, cool white light, or warm light.

We kindly encourage you to review your color choice carefully before ordering. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that slight color variations may occur under different lighting conditions.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Any modifications or adjustments to existing designs will require an additional fee.

Please note that all custom-made and personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns only when all of the following conditions are met:

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
The item must be returned within 21 days
The item must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached
The return package must be sent to our address in Hanoi, Vietnam

Once the returned item meets all requirements, your refund will be issued within 72 hours.

Please note:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
A restocking fee of 20%–40% will be applied
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

✘ Underwear
✘ Sale or discounted items
✘ Custom or personalized orders

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, preference for a different size or design, or buyer’s remorse, unless previously agreed upon.

EXCHANGES

For exchanges to a different item (including variations such as fabric or style), any price difference must be covered.

Customers are responsible for both:

The return shipping fee to our Hanoi address
The shipping cost for the replacement item
Material Note: THE LINING WILL BE MADE FROM LIGHTWEIGHT ITALIAN SILK. IF YOU HAVE ANY REQUESTS FOR A DIFFERENT LINING FABRIC, PLEASE MESSAGE US.

All details and photos of the finished dress will be carefully reviewed with the customer before shipping. If we do not receive a response from the customer after the dress is completed, the dress will be shipped within 1 week.


For dresses made to custom measurements or customized with details that differ from the original design, the return policy allows a maximum refund of 50% of the dress value.

For dresses made in a standard size, the return policy allows a maximum refund of 70% of the dress value. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
