These house portraits are great as gifts and additions to your home gallery! I use high quality watercolors on quality 140lb. cold press paper, made to fit mats and frames for 8x10! My signature will be on the back to not deter from the painting. Just send me a decent image(s) to work from! (You can send the image through a conversation after purchasing!)

These will be inserted in cellophane bags with included cardboard backing!

Black and White photos can not be done in color. Please specify whether you want your color photo to be painted monochrome (black and white - NOTE: I do not use black in my "black and white" watercolor portraits. I use Indigo or something along those lines. It will have a dark blue tint.)

I bought a water color for my in-laws who just sold their home of 30 years and it was absolutely beautiful. I sent her the Zillow posting of the home, but requested to make several changes. She nailed single change that I requested. She was so speedy in getting this mailed to me; I couldn't believe it. All in all, I will absolutely be purchasing another watercolor in the future.
