Do you accept custom and personalized orders?

Yes, we can customize any item in our shop or create a new design for personal use for a design fee. Commercial requests are currently not accepted. For color customizations, simply add a note with the vinyl color of your choice during your purchase. For other custom requests, please send us a conversation before ordering. SS Bunny Imports can personalize items or modify existing listings.

I do not live in the US. Do you accept international orders?

Due to changing customs regulations, we will only ship internationally on a limited basis with USPS first class international mail. Note that USPS only has full tracking internationally in select countries — most often tracking will only last until an international port in the US. Allow at least one to three weeks for delivery, or longer during holiday periods. Note that the buyer is responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or other duties incurred.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

For standard items, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the product(s). Returns and exchanges can by initiated within 14 days of receipt. Item(s) must be received back within 30 days of receipt. Any product(s) you return must be in the same condition you received it. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note: The returning item is your responsibility until it reaches us. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges on products that are lost in the post when being returned back to us. Custom design orders may not be returned.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes, we offer wholesale pricing on orders over 300 USD. Please contact us at sales@ssbunny.com for more details before placing your order.

Do you donate products to non-profit organizations?

Yes, if you are a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit rabbit or animal rescue and would like some of our items for a fundraiser, please do not hesitate to contact us either through an Etsy conversation or contact@ssbunny.com.

Do you sell your designs digitally for personal or commercial use?

No, we do not currently offer any digital versions of our designs for personal or commercial use. All artwork is reserved for exclusive SS Bunny Imports sales. However, we are open to design private commissions for personal use - contact us for more details. Please respect our copyrights and refrain from copying, tracing, and re-using our images and designs without our express permission. If you see any of our designs on products outside of our shop, please report it to us either through an Etsy conversation or email us at copyright@ssbunny.com. Thank you for the support.

BUNNY ZONE

This sign is made with hand-applied glossy vinyl art on 0.040" gauge caution yellow aluminum with hand-rounded corners to prevent injury. Two 3/16" (4.76 mm) centered holes on the top and bottom 7/16" (1.11 cm) away from the edges have been punched for easy installation. The waterproof and rust-proof sign can be displayed indoors or outdoors. Vinyl is rated for up to 6 years of outdoor durability. Graphics designed and cut in-house. Slight variability in size and alignment, up to 1/8" (3.18 mm), and a slight bend in hand-rounded corners are to be expected.

Perfect size and good quality little sign. I love the bunnies in my back yard. This sign along with the No Dogs, Thank You sign sends the desired gentle message, where conversations have failed, to my neighbor who thinks it's cute to let her dog come over and sniff around my shed, where the bunnies have their nest. It worked! Thank you!
