What is your return, exchange and cancellation policy?

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges. This is because our products are made-to-order especially for you as soon as you place your order. Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of ordering. If your product is damaged or incorrectly made, please contact us.

When will I get my order?

Orders are usually fulfilled within 1–4 days, after which they are shipped out. Shipping time depends on your location but typically takes 3–5 business days. Please note that international orders may take longer to arrive.

My package seems to be missing. What should I do?

Before reaching out to us, please take a moment to check the following: • Review your shipping confirmation email to ensure the delivery address is correct • Contact your local post office to see if they’re holding your package • Check with your neighbors in case the courier left it with them If the shipping address was correct and the package isn’t with the post office or a neighbor, please send us a message. If there was a mistake in the delivery address, we’re happy to send a replacement, but the cost of the new order and shipping will be your responsibility.

I received a wrong or damaged product. I need help!
