Gift wrapping and packaging

Items are sent directly from my printer. I cannot wrap your order. You can personalize your gift with a note that is a JennX.store postcard, which will then ship inside the package.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, no. When you place an order, it is sent to my printer, and I cannot stop the process. I have tried in the past, and it does not work. You can return your item if I listed it that way, and I will refund the cost of the item, less shipping. The item must be returned in new condition.

How long until I get my thing?

Etsy manages the upgrade costs to shipping based on your location and what options are available from my print partner. All I can offer is what is listed during checkout. Orders are made to order and usually ship within 1–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 3–5 business days with USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Most U.S. orders arrive in about a week - 10 days. My print partner does not work on weekends or holidays, but I do. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. Items are made just for you and I thank you for your patience. I wish I could be Amazon-fast and offer free shipping, but I dont have a yacht. I promise I will keep you up to date and get it to you ASAP.

Something from my order is missing

Sometimes, orders of dissimilar items will ship separately. Please check your order history for multiple tracking numbers.
