WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We ship super-fast, but as a guideline please see delivery recommendations below. At checkout please use the drop down menu to browse our shipping options. Please note the dates shown are ESTIMATES and your package may arrive before or after the dates shown. We are unable to offer any delivery date guarantees as once the package leaves our studio we are no longer in control of the shipping status. We do however strongly recommend choosing USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail as your shipping service for the best chance of delivery within 10 days from purchase. We do not consider a domestic shipment late until 3 weeks from shipment.

WHERE IS MY ORDER & WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

We never fail to ship on time. Once your order has been shipped, an automated message is sent to your email on file and includes your tracking number and a link that allows you to track the location of your package. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery of domestic shipments. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED? If you notice your delivery is running late please reach out to us so we can check with USPS on your behalf to determine the cause of the delay and try to get it moving again.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LATE OR LOST OR DAMAGED

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS If your order hasn’t arrived after 3 weeks from your shipment date (domestic shipments only) we are so sorry that this has happened but thankfully Etsy Purchase Protection Plan is available to protect both of us and can help with resolving this issue. Please contact us so we can guide you through this process. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS If your order is delayed, late, lost or damaged contact USPS or the shipping courier in your country. If you are unable to resolve this issue please reach out to us and we can help guide you through using Etsy’s Purchase Protection Plan for a refund. Please note if customs fees are charged by the buyers’ country, we do not cover these costs.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM/S?

USA CUSTOMERS – Only non-custom items can be returned BUT you must reach out to us within 7 days from USPS delivery to receive authorization to return. The product/s must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. You will be required to ship the item/s back to us and will get a refund for the cost of the goods only minus a 10% restocking fee. Please note, Items must be received in our studio within 30 days from our written authorization. We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking when returning a package to us, lost, delayed or damaged shipments cannot be refunded. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS – We do not accept any international order returns.

THERE’S AN ERROR, NOW WHAT?

There are 3 pairs of eyes on every Swanky Burlap order before it leaves our studio AND we have a video recording of your order. We are proud that we have few errors. BUT we are human and haven't been replaced by robots yet! So, there's a chance there maybe an error. We are happy to help you with a return or refund. We keep our video footage for about 6 weeks so it's important to review your item when it's delivered. Message us within 14 days of delivery about your error and if time permits, we'll resend your item. If not, we'll send a return label and issue a refund on receipt. Please note that there are no returns or refunds on custom orders if the personalization is entered incorrectly by the customer.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER

Should you wish to cancel your order please do so before it is marked shipped. Should you wish to cancel after we purchase your shipping label but before it is shipped we will be unable to refund your shipping fee.

NEXT DAY SHIPPING – If you purchase on a Sunday to Thursday your order will ship the next business day (so long as it isn’t a public holiday). If you order on a Friday or Saturday, your order will ship on Monday (so long as it isn’t a public holiday).

MEASUREMENTS - Each flag measures 4.5 inches in width by 6.5 inches in height.

HANGING - Your banner will arrive with jute string, a needle, and your painted flags. Each flag has a securely stitched fold to allow for easy stringing.
