I did not start this journal because I wanted to be more productive.

I started it because I kept losing days. Not in a dramatic way. Just the quiet kind of losing, where you get to Thursday evening and realise you cannot remember what Tuesday felt like.

This printable journal gives you thirty days of that. Six gentle questions, each morning or evening, for thirty days. No tracking calories, no measuring anything, no grades. Just a daily conversation with yourself about how you actually feel.

Inside you will find:
→ A warm introduction from Carol on how to use the journal without pressure
→ Five simple rituals to help you show up to the pages each day
→ 30 daily journal pages with six questions each: rest, energy, one calm moment, one small pleasure, one kindness to yourself, and one gratitude
→ A closing reflection page for after day 30

$9 for the digital PDF. Print at home, A4 or US Letter. Use as many times as you like.
