FOR THE BEST STITCHING RESULTS

To achieve professional-quality embroidery, we recommend the following:

• Ensure upper and bobbin thread tensions are correctly adjusted according to your machine manufacturer's specifications.
• Use premium embroidery needles suitable for your chosen fabric. A 75/11 embroidery needle is recommended for most applications.
• Use high-quality embroidery thread such as Madeira Polyneon 40 or Gunold Polyester 40.
• Select the appropriate stabiliser for your fabric type.

FOR SWEATSHIRTS, HOODIES & T-SHIRTS

We strongly recommend:

• Heavy cut-away stabiliser
• 2.5–3 oz (70–100gsm)
• Temporary adhesive spray or iron-on adhesive stabiliser

Additional recommendations:

• Stabiliser should extend beyond the embroidery hoop on all sides.
• Hoop fabric and stabiliser tightly with no wrinkles or movement.
• Hoop tension should feel firm, similar to a drum surface.
• Embroidery speed should not exceed 700 stitches per minute.
