How do I download my files after purchase?

The moment payment confirms, your files appear on your Etsy Purchases page (etsy.com/your/purchases) and in an email link. Use a desktop or mobile browser - the Etsy app blocks downloads. Every bundle includes a PDF guide with the download link for your full-resolution PNG files; we recommend unzipping on a desktop or laptop.

Can I get a refund on a digital download?

Because files are delivered instantly, all sales are final and returns aren't available on digital downloads. That said, if anything isn't working or you get stuck during setup, message us on Etsy - we answer quickly and we'll make it right.
