Cutterstone is NOT registered to collect VAT/GST in any country, so when you see Etsy's "VAT/GST included where applicable" statement under the price, please bear in mind it is NOT applicable to purchases in this shop, and your country's normal VAT/GST procedures will apply. Please make yourself aware of your country's policies before purchasing. All international orders are carefully packaged and sent First Class with Insurance. Please allow 3 weeks for arrival. Some packages may be held up in customs.

We would rather not do a layaway, but are happy to hold an item for up to a month in order to allow you to save all the funds for purchase. Just convo us!

Will you break up a jewelry set?

Yes! Just ask us and we will send you a quote. We are also happy to sell you a chain or a pendant separately that are currently paired together.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for any reason within 5 days, provided the item(s) are sent back in the same condition as sent out, in the same packaging. Please package securely and send with a tracking number, and let us know the details. We cannot reimburse you for the postage you paid either way, but will promptly refund you the entire item amount upon receipt of return.
