Every hard school moment is a moment you weren't there for. The birthday cupcakes that show up with no warning. Pizza day. The playdate where the other parent "made it gluten-free." The goody bag.

The Playbook does the work early, once, so it's automatic — and your kid is never the one with the weird lunch.

WHAT'S INSIDE
✔ The teacher & school-nurse handout — fill in, print, hand over on day one (what to avoid, what's always fine, the four things that make it easy)
✔ The treat stash — what to stock in the classroom bin, with brand names, plus the cupcake-day and pizza-day fixes
✔ The party plan — the text, the party pack, the eat-before rule, and what to do about the goody bag
✔ Playdates & sleepovers — the two questions to ask, and the bag that goes with them
✔ 8 copy-paste texts — teacher, party host, playdate parent, coach, grandparents (the loving version AND the second-time version), after-care, the thank-you
✔ A 4-week lunchbox rotation — 20 lunches that come back empty, on a grid
✔ 40 safe snacks — packaged with brand names, plus homemade
✔ What to say to your kid — for the left-out moments
✔ The school-year calendar — what to do each month, August to June

WHO IT'S FOR
Parents of a gluten-free and/or dairy-free kid (celiac, allergy, intolerance), preschool through middle school. Also excellent for grandparents and step-parents who share the load.

Written by a gluten-free, dairy-free family. Real food. Real results. No compromises.

HOW THIS WAS MADE
The content is ours — the systems, the swaps, and the texts come from our family's own gluten-free, dairy-free life. I used AI tools to help write, edit, and lay out the pages, and I reviewed every line. The styled listing photos are AI-generated scenes; the pages shown in them are the real, unaltered PDF.

Digital file — nothing ships. Print at home on US Letter. Personal use only.
