### PROFESSIONAL WILCOM DIGITIZING

Your embroidery design will not simply be converted automatically from the preview image.

The artwork will be redrawn and digitized using professional **Wilcom embroidery software**. Stitch types, stitch directions, density, underlay, and design details may be adjusted to create a file that is more suitable for real embroidery production.

Because of this professional digitizing process, the final stitched embroidery may not look exactly the same as the digital mockup or rendered preview. Small details, colors, outlines, and proportions may be simplified or adjusted to improve stitch quality and practical use on fabric.

### PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

This is a **made-to-order custom embroidery file**, not an instant download.

Your order will be prepared and delivered within **24–48 hours** after we receive your artwork, requested size, file format, and complete instructions.

The completed files will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Please make sure your email address is correct and accessible.

### REVISION SUPPORT

Your satisfaction is very important to us.

Should you experience any issue with the design, file format, sizing, or embroidery result, please contact us through Etsy Messages before leaving a negative review. We will be happy to review the file and make reasonable adjustments based on your request.

Please allow us the opportunity to help resolve the issue and improve the design for you. We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and support of our small business.
