HOW IT WORKS
Download both files, extract the ZIP and open the .xlsx workbook in Microsoft Excel. Save your own copy. Read the Guide tab, set your reporting year or review date, and enter your records in the yellow cells. The main entry table starts blank; the separate Example tab contains fictional records and is excluded from your dashboard. Preview images show fictional example figures.

SOFTWARE
Microsoft Excel required; software is not included. Excel format only. No native Google Sheets template, macros, automatic account imports or bank connections. Amount labels are USD, with no currency conversion. Data entry is manual. The 300 prepared rows are the supported entry area; rows beyond that require manually extending formulas and ranges.

PLEASE READ
This is an invoice tracker, not an invoice generator. It does not send invoices or reminders, take payments or calculate tax. Paid-to-date totals are cumulative, not period cash flow.
