Mens Small Group Leader Kit Printable | Christian Accountability Group Covenant, 60 Minute Agenda, 6 Bible Session Outlines | PDF

Run a men's accountability group that people can trust. Every meeting has the same 60-minute shape, so your group can focus on Scripture, honesty and follow-through instead of the format.

This is a printable leader's packet for a small men's group. It gives you a group covenant, a timed agenda, plain words for the moments that are easy to get wrong, six ready session outlines, and simple records for attendance and follow-up.

WHAT YOU GET

• 1 PDF file, 16 pages, US Letter (8.5 x 11 in), portrait
• How to use this kit, and a Leader Boundaries and Safeguarding page (never promise absolute confidentiality, what to do when a share goes too far, privacy and consent)
• Group covenant: six commitments, the limits of confidentiality in plain words, and space for initials
• 60-minute agenda: welcome and voluntary check-in 5, read the passage in context 10, observation and interpretation 15, application and accountability pairs 15, prayer and next actions 10, leader follow-up notes 5
• Leader language: short sentences for opening, inviting a quiet voice, unasked advice, a share that goes too far, someone who may be at risk, keeping time and closing, plus space for your own phrases
• Six session outlines, one page each, with a passage, a short context note, observe, interpret and apply questions, a step for accountability pairs, a prayer focus, a leader note and space to prepare:
1. Tell the truth (Psalm 32:1-7)
2. Know the pattern (James 1:12-18)
3. Prepare the response (1 Corinthians 10:1-13)
4. Walk in company (Galatians 6:1-5)
5. Make it right (Luke 19:1-10)
6. Keep going (Hebrews 12:1-3)
• Accountability pairs worksheet: six questions to answer in turns
• Attendance and follow-up sheet (up to eight sessions), leader meeting notes with a safeguarding check, and an "after six sessions" review page

WHO IT IS FOR

A church volunteer, a men's ministry leader, or a man starting a small group with a few friends. Keep the group small, voluntary and non-graphic.

SCRIPTURE

Passages are given as references to read aloud in context, in the King James Version. Short phrases quoted in the questions are King James Version wording.

HONEST LIMITS

A small group is not crisis care, therapy or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for qualified pastoral or professional help. Leaders should know and follow their church's or organization's policies, reporting duties and emergency procedures. Participation is voluntary, and nobody should be pressured to disclose anything. Accountability here works by consent. It is not surveillance. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

DELIVERY

Instant digital download. The PDF is ready to download as soon as your payment clears. Nothing is posted to you and no physical item ships.

PRINTING

Print at home or at a copy shop on US Letter paper. Black-and-white printing works. The cover is dark by design, so start at page 2 if you want to save ink.

TERMS OF USE

For your own use and for the group you lead. As the leader, you may print copies of the covenant, the pairs worksheet and any other page for the members of the group you lead. Please do not resell, share, post or redistribute the file itself, and please do not use it in anything you sell.

AI DISCLOSURE

I, the seller, made this kit with the help of AI tools. AI helped turn the shop's original S.I.T.E leader kit outline (which was also drafted with AI help) into full printable pages: it drafted the session outlines, questions and leader wording, designed the page layout and built the PDF. The quoted Scripture phrases are King James Version wording, not written by AI. The pages are typographic. They use the shop's own logo, with no stock photos and no AI-generated images.

Digital downloads cannot be returned. If anything is wrong with your file, message me and I will fix it.
