5 QUICK ANSWERS BEFORE YOU BUY

1. Does it work in Google Sheets* and Excel*?
Yes, you get both. You get a PDF with a link that saves your own copy to Google Drive*. You also get the Excel* (.xlsx) file and an Instructions PDF. There are no macros and nothing to install.

2. Which one should I use?
Either one. The Daily Quests, XP bar, Worth It Calculator and Impulse Vault work the same in both. Google Sheets* is best on a phone. Excel* is good if you like to work offline.

3. Can I break a formula by mistake?
It's hard to. The formula cells are locked and colored pink. You only type in the yellow cells. The Instructions tab explains every color.

4. Does it come blank?
Yes. It is empty and ready for your own numbers when you open it.

5. What makes it good for ADHD?
It gives you quick feedback instead of walls of numbers. You check off Daily Quests to earn XP and watch your Level grow. You can put impulse buys on a 48-hour wait. And you can see how many hours of work a purchase really costs you.

----------------------------------

This paycheck budget turns money tasks into a game. It is made for people with ADHD who want quick feedback, color and a clear plan.

It has 4 tabs. You type in your paycheck and bills, check off quests, and the sheet does the rest. It works in Google Sheets* or Microsoft* Excel*.

----------------------------------

WHAT'S INSIDE (4 TABS)

Main Dashboard
Type in your paycheck and your fixed bills to see what's safe to spend. Check off Daily Quests like No Impulse Buys Today and Checked Balances to earn XP. A live bar shows your Level grow from Seed to Forest Guardian. The Worth It Calculator shows how many hours of your life a buy really costs.

Impulse Vault
Write down anything you want to buy on a whim. A 48-hour timer starts on its own. The row stays red while you wait and turns green when you're clear to buy.

Backend (XP & Settings)
This tab runs on its own in the background. You can change how much XP each quest is worth in one cell.

Instructions
A simple guide with colors. Yellow cells are yours to type in. Pink cells are locked formulas, so leave them alone. Every color is explained so you don't break the sheet.
