A: Google Sheets* works in any web browser and in the free Google Sheets* app on phones and tablets with a free Google* account. The Excel* file works in Microsoft* Excel* 2019 or newer (including Microsoft 365*) on Mac* and Windows*.

Q: Is it beginner friendly if I'm not good with formulas?
A: Yes. Green cells are where you type, grey cells calculate automatically, and blue cells hold your settings. If you try to type over a formula, the spreadsheet warns you first. Nothing is locked, so you stay in full control, and you never have to write a formula.

Q: Can I set it up for my own services, vehicle sizes and currency?
