The workbook calculates expected stock, actual-count discrepancy, expected payout and remaining amount using your entered unit price and one commission rate. Record the agreed due date and your follow-up date. Warnings identify invalid quantities, count mismatches, overpayments and past-due balances. The Check column shows the first matching warning; review the numbers for other discrepancies.

USE: enter actual shop reports, counts and payments. One batch/item/shop per row, one price, one rate and one currency. Blank sold/returned quantities count as zero for expected stock only; enter explicit zeros before reconciling. Large PDF fields accept multiple lines; keep notes short enough to print.
