4. The Downsizing Decision System (Google Sheets and Excel)
List items room by room and choose Keep, Sell, Donate, Gift or Let go. The Overview tab counts every decision and shows how much of each room is done. Enter furniture sizes and it checks each piece against the new room and the narrowest doorway. It also tracks items for sale (with a donate-by date), donations and receipts, and family pieces from offered to handed over.
