How long does it take to receive a proof?

Turn around for a proof is 24 hours or less to the email address you have on file with Etsy.

Are your items digital or printed?

Most of my listings are for digital files. These itmes are not paper products but jpeg or pdf files designed for you to print at your local printer or photo processor. Print packages are available and you can see those options in the drop down on each listing. Printed cards and merchandise will be sent to the shipping address on file with Etsy.

Can the wording be changed?

Yes. The wording shown is only a sample to give you an idea. Should you require any wording changes please leave your wording exactly as you wish it to appear in the note to seller section when purchasing.

Are my photos okay to use?

Photos you submit should be 300dpi or higher for proper print quality. Camera phone pictures that have a filter or have been edited with an app are often not high enough resolution. You will receive an email confirmation when you purchase that will instruct you where to send your photos.

All printed items in my shop will not be printed until you approve your proof.

Please print a sample of your card before having all of them printed or giving the ok to print. Computer screen variations and press settings can make colors look a little different. I ask you to approve and double check the proofs that I send. If a proof is approved with a spelling error or date error, or you have requested the wrong size, we cannot be held responsible.

I would like to change the fonts or colors of an existing design. What should I do?

Purchase the design closest to the one you want and leave me all the details in the “notes to seller” section. We can work together to make it just how you want.

Do you offer folded Christmas Cards

We sure do! Any of our designs can be made into a folded card. Send me a convo with the number you would like printed and I'll get you a quote.

1. Purchase either the digital file or printed card option.  {Printed cards have a fast, two day turnaround from proof approval, for US residents!}

2. Add these details in the notes to seller
• Details for your card
• Size you would like the card (printed cards are 5x7)
• (For printed cards) let me know your card stock and backside choice. You can find the choices in the photos above. If you're printing yourself and want a design on the back of your card, choose the "digital file w/ back" option.

{EXTRAS}
• International shipping for printed cards is $40. Convo me for a listing.

{PROOF}
You will receive a proof within 24-48 hours (usually less) to the email address on file with Etsy. Once I receive confirmation the proof is approved, I will:
• DIGITAL FILE OPTION: send you the high resolution jpeg or pdf file, that you can take and print at a photo lab or print shop.
• PRINTED CARD OPTION: get them to on the press. Please note, your cards will not be printed until a proof is approved for printing.
