FAQ

Q: Does it work in Google Sheets or on an iPad?
A: No. It is built and tested for Microsoft Excel 2016 or newer on Windows or Mac desktop.

Q: Someone did a refresher. Do I overwrite the old record?
A: No — add a new row. The newest passed record counts automatically; the old one stays as history.

Q: A training never expires.
A: Enter validity 0. The status stays OK.

Q: An employee changes role.
A: Change the role. Required trainings update immediately; records are kept.

Q: Is the file locked?
A: Formulas are protected against accidental changes, without a password. Input cells are always editable.
