Turn "I don't want to talk in front of people" into a kid who can stand up and say something worth hearing. This is a done-for-you, 12-week plan for guiding a 9-13-year-old from their first shaky sentence to a real short talk they give the family, using an AI tutor as a friendly practice audience while you do the leading. No public-speaking background needed. The differentiator: this isn't about turning your kid into a performer; it's a clear message, a simple structure, and a calm delivery, practiced in a low-pressure room before the real one.

WHAT YOU GET
• 12 deep weekly sessions, each with a plain-language concept, a concrete worked example, a timed session plan with the AI-tutor prompts built in (with the exact starter prompt and what "good" looks like), a "show me" checkpoint so you always know it landed, common mistakes to watch for, and optional practice.
• A "Never used an AI chat assistant? Start here" onboarding that takes a complete beginner from zero to ready in about five minutes. No paid plan needed; any free AI assistant works.
• A parent/teacher orientation: how to sit beside a learner using AI, why the adult stays the leader and the AI is the tutor and practice audience, and exactly what to expect: you lead one fully scripted ~60-minute session each week, with every step timed and written out for you. No expertise needed.
• An AI-tutor playbook: a launch prompt for every week that keeps the AI coaching and asking questions instead of scripting the talk, plus four rescue prompts: for a frustrated learner, a bored one, an AI that starts scripting their words, and a check that progress is real, not a memorized trick.
• Worked examples and session plans, not printable logs. Every week shows you exactly what the session looks like in action, all the way to a real talk delivered to the family.

THE 12 WEEKS
1. Meet Your Practice Audience: a low-stakes first try with the AI tutor
2. Beating the Nerves: the wobbly feeling is normal, plus a two-step calming reset
3. Your One Big Idea: one clear message, not ten
4. A Beginning, Middle & End: a structure that holds any short talk together
5. Telling a Story: one small story that makes it memorable
6. Using Your Voice & Pauses: volume, pace, and pausing on purpose
7. Standing Tall & Eye Contact: looking confident before feeling confident
8. Simple Visuals: one index card or drawing, not a slideshow
9. Answering Questions: handling a surprise question without freezing
10. Project Week I: Plan Your Real Talk (the learner's own one-page plan)
11. Project Week II: Practice It (full run-throughs until it feels natural)
12. Family Demo Day: the real talk, plus choosing what's next

WHO IT'S FOR
Parents, teachers, and homeschoolers guiding a learner aged roughly 9-13 who freezes up, talks too fast, or avoids speaking in front of others, as well as kids who just want to get better at it. No public-speaking background needed. Your job is one fully scripted ~60-minute session a week, plus being a kind audience on Demo Day. Never used an AI chat assistant before? The guide's opening section walks you through setup in about five minutes.

WHY THIS INSTEAD OF A FREE CHATBOT
A raw chatbot will happily write your kid's whole speech for them, which teaches nothing and doesn't fix the freezing-up problem. This pack ships the structure a chatbot lacks: a real 12-week arc that builds one big idea into a real talk, Socratic prompts that make the tutor a practice audience instead of a script generator, guardrails that stop it from handing over the words, and checkpoints that prove the learner can do it themselves, out loud, in front of someone. Curriculum + guardrails + a way to see progress. That's the difference.

FAQ
• Will this actually help a shy or anxious kid? It's built for exactly that. The first two weeks are deliberately gentle (a 30-second warm-up chat, then a simple breathing and shake-out reset) before any real speaking pressure shows up. It's practice for ordinary stage fright, not treatment; the guide tells you when to talk to a professional instead.
• Do I need to know anything about public speaking? No. The AI tutor coaches; you lead and listen. Every session is timed step by step, and every step is written out for you.
• Which AI does it use? I've never used one. It works with any modern AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Gemini), and the free version of any of them is enough; no paid plan needed. The guide's first section walks complete beginners through setup in about five minutes, so you're ready before Week 1.
• Is my child's data collected? Not by us. This is a digital guide sold to you, the adult. There's no login and no child account; you start and supervise each session under your own AI account. The AI provider may store chats, so the guide has you share only a first name and age.
• We're not in the US. Does it still work? Yes. The guide is written in US English, and every prompt tells the AI to use your country or region for spelling, units, money, school terms, and examples.
• What ages? Roughly 9-13. Every launch prompt includes your learner's age, so the AI tutor pitches its questions and examples to them.
• Refunds? Standard marketplace refund policy applies.
