THIS IS A DIGITAL PRINTABLE. No physical item is shipped. After purchase you download the PDF files from Etsy and print them yourself.

WHAT YOU GET
- Mileage Log Book, US Letter (pages enlarged from 6 x 9 in so the lines are easy to write in), 120 pages + a 1-page printing and quick-start guide
- The same book in A4
- Print as many copies as you need for your own use

WHAT'S INSIDE
- 100 trip-log pages, 21 lines each: date, start odometer, end odometer, miles, destination, business purpose
- 2 vehicle pages with start-of-year and end-of-year odometer readings
- 2 pages of plain-English tips on what to write down: commuting, round trips, logging weekly, how long to keep records
- Monthly totals page and an annual summary worksheet for business miles and business-use percentage
- 8 parking and tolls pages, kept separate from mileage
- 4 notes pages

The layout follows the items IRS Publication 463 lists for car expense records (date, mileage for each business use, business destination, business purpose, total miles for the year).

The log does not print a mileage rate, because the IRS sets a new one every year. The summary page shows where to look it up.
