Airbnb Turnover Cleaning Kit, Room-by-Room Checklist, Restock & Damage Report (Digital Download)

A clear, room-by-room cleaning system for short-term rental turnovers, so every guest walks into the same clean, ready home.

This kit gives you and your cleaners one standard to work to: a turnover sequence, detailed checklists for every room, a par-level restock list, and a damage report with a photo log for when something goes wrong. Designed in warm off-white, charcoal and deep green, with green highlighted fields like [towel set per guest] and [arrival temperature] for your property's specifics.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Download the files from Etsy after purchase.
2. Replace the green fields with your property's details in a PDF editor that edits text, or in Canva or Google Docs.
3. Print a set for each turnover, or slip pages into sheet protectors and use a dry-erase marker.
4. Share the PDFs with your cleaner or cleaning company before the first turnover.

PLEASE NOTE
• This is a digital download. Nothing physical will be shipped.
• The green [fields] are highlighted text placeholders, not fillable form fields. Replace them in a PDF editor that edits text (for example Adobe Acrobat, PDF-XChange Editor, or Preview on Mac), or import the pages into Canva or Google Docs. Blank lines and boxes are made for writing on after printing.
• Colours may vary slightly between screens and printers.
• For use in your own business or properties only. Please do not resell, share or redistribute the files.
• Follow the label directions on your cleaning products. This kit is a checklist, not cleaning or safety advice.
• This is an independent template by HilltopVentures. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any booking platform. Platform names describe the kind of rental it is made for.
