WHY THESE ONES: most calm down cards are about feelings in general. These are written for sound sensitivity (misophonia) by a clinical hypnotherapist who has worked with over 3,000 people with it, and they pair with the "Understanding My Dragon" storybook or work completely on their own.

WHAT YOU GET

HOW TO USE
Lay the cards out and let the child choose one. Talk about it together. Practice the idea when things are calm, so it feels familiar. They are tools to try and a way to talk, not a promise of any particular outcome.
