1. BUILD A MORE COMPLETE ESTIMATE
Record the scope, exclusions and assumptions. Convert measured quantities into supplier purchase units, allowing for coverage, waste, rounding and minimum orders. Include productive and paid labour, owned or hired equipment, delivery, disposal, subcontractors and other direct costs.

2. PRICE THE WORK AND CREATE THE QUOTE
Choose one of five overhead methods, include a deliberate risk allowance, and apply markup or target margin. Review the bid checks. Client Quote produces a customer-facing two-page PDF with your business details, scope, options, validity, price and optional single-rate sales tax. Export only Client Quote; internal costs and profit remain private. Supports up to 16 public scope statements.

3. PRESERVE THE BUDGET AND TRACK ACTUAL COSTS
Copy the awarded estimate's handoff as VALUES to freeze the original budget. Record incurred materials, labour, equipment and other costs by Job ID. Track variations; only approved changes revise revenue and comparison budgets.

4. SEE WHAT THE COMPLETED JOB MADE
Compare revised budgets with actual spending and paid hours. Final gross profit and profit after reviewed overhead appear after the job is completed, costs and revenue are confirmed, and unresolved log or variation checks are cleared. Open jobs show costs to date, not a forecast or final profit. Log comparable completed work to review your company's actual production rates.

Prepared capacity per workbook: 50 estimates, 50 jobs, 300 transaction rows per table and 100 library rows. Adding a table row alone does not extend the calculation ranges. Archive dated copies and start a fresh working file from the clean original when needed.

No macros, add-ins or external workbook links. Core workbook works offline. One-time product purchase; no product subscription. Use one responsible editor and one currency per file. Changing the currency label does not convert amounts.
