Bakery Online Order Form, Holiday Pre-Order Form and Planner, Google Sheets (Digital Download)

Stop taking holiday orders through DMs, texts and sticky notes. Share one link: customers pick their treats and a pickup day on their phone, and the order lands in your Google Sheets planner with an email to you. The form only offers what is still within the limits you set, so an item or a day closes as soon as it is full.

Made for home bakers, cottage bakeries, market stalls and small bakeries taking Thanksgiving, Christmas or Easter pre-orders.

THE ONLINE ORDER FORM
• Your own order page: bakery name, season, cutoff date, deposit and menu with prices, read live from your planner
• Customers choose items with + and − buttons, pick a pickup day and leave allergy notes. No app or account needed
• Capacity built in: items show "Only 3 left" and "Sold out" when you reach your season limit, per-day limits are respected, and fully booked days can't be picked
• Past pickup days disappear, and after your cutoff date the form says pre-orders are closed
• Each order is saved on your Orders tab as an Inquiry, one row per item, and you get an email. Customers who type an email get a copy with the total and deposit
• Confirm by changing the status to Confirmed or Paid, and it flows into your production plan, pickup list and dashboard

THE HOLIDAY PRE-ORDER PLANNER (9 tabs)
• Dashboard: orders, revenue, paid so far, still to collect, deposits due, days to your cutoff and best sellers
• Orders: statuses Inquiry, Confirmed, Paid, Picked up, Cancelled, with deposits and balances worked out for you
• Menu: price, max per pickup day and max for the season
• Pickup Days: up to 14 dates with time windows and a max number of orders
• Production Plan: how many of each item to bake for every pickup day
• Pickup Schedule: every pickup for a day, sorted by time, ready to print
• Order Form: a printable pre-order form for markets
• Settings and a Start Here guide

WHAT YOU GET
• A step-by-step PDF guide with your "Make a copy" link, setup, daily use and troubleshooting
• A ZIP with the form's two code files and the Excel version of the planner for offline use

SETUP, HONESTLY
About 10 minutes on a computer, no coding. You copy the planner, add your menu and days, then turn the form on in Google's own script editor (Extensions → Apps Script → Deploy → Web app). Google will show a "Google hasn't verified this app" screen because the script runs in your own account; the guide explains it. The script can only open this one spreadsheet and send the order emails from your Gmail. Nothing is sent to me.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Digital download. Nothing is shipped.
• The online form needs a free Google account and Google Sheets. It doesn't work in Excel.
• Free Gmail accounts can send about 100 script emails a day. Orders are always saved, even past that limit.
• Up to 50 menu items, 14 pickup days and 500 order lines.
• No monthly fees. Customer details are saved in your own spreadsheet and emailed only to you, and to the customer if they typed an email.
• Please check your local cottage food rules. This is an organizing tool, not legal or tax advice.
• For use in your own bakery or food business. Please don't resell or share the files.

Only need the planner without the online form? See the Holiday Bakery Pre-Order Tracker in my shop.
