eBay profit tracker spreadsheet for German sellers: track sales, fees and profit per item, DE and EN labels. Excel and Google Sheets. Not affiliated with eBay.

Log what you paid and what it sold for. This spreadsheet applies the eBay.de private-seller fee preset (private sellers in Germany pay no selling fee on ebay.de within Germany; business sellers pay different fees, which you enter yourself) (as of Oct 2026, editable) and works out the fee, your net profit, margin and ROI for every item. A dashboard shows profit per month, and a DAC7 counter tracks your yearly sales against the EU reporting threshold (30 sales or EUR 2,000). It is not tax advice.

• 300-row sales log: buy price, other costs, sale price, shipping paid by buyer and by you → fee, net proceeds, net profit, margin, ROI, stock status
• eBay.de fee preset plus 2 free rows for other platforms
• Editable fee logic: % on item, % on item + shipping, fixed fee per order, flat fee below a threshold, VAT on fees, manual override per sale
• Dashboard: profit, revenue and fees by month, stock at cost
• DAC7 counter: sales and revenue per calendar year against 30 sales or EUR 2,000, with a warning before you reach it
• German and English: one switch changes headers and statuses

• Fees change. Check the current eBay fees and edit the light blue cells. Shipping labels, ads and payout fees count only if you enter them.
• The DAC7 counter is an estimate from your own entries. Being reported does not by itself mean tax is due.
• Example data is labelled EXAMPLE DATA and made up to show the formulas; replace it with your own figures.
• Works in Excel, Google Sheets and LibreOffice. No macros, no add-ons.
