EGG AND DART MOLDING: Classical carved molding run

The classical molding: eggs set in rounded shells with pointed darts between them, over a band of bead and reel. Each strip is 24 in long and ends on the center of a dart, so pieces butt end to end without a break for any length of run.

Designed by Roxford Carpentry, a custom carpentry shop in Jacksonville, Florida.

Each size is its own zip with:
- Watertight STL in inches, dense where the detail is
- 16-bit grayscale heightmap PNG
- One-page cut sheet PDF with the suggested bits, settings and procedure for every size
- README with the full specs

SIZES
- 1½ x 24 in: relief 0.190 in, finish with a 1/16 in ball nose
- 2 x 24 in: relief 0.253 in, finish with a 1/16 in ball nose
- 3 x 24 in: relief 0.380 in, finish with a 1/8 in ball nose

3D PRINTING
The STL is a watertight solid that slices cleanly in any FDM or resin slicer (Bambu Studio, PrusaSlicer, Cura, Chitubox). Pieces bigger than your print bed can be split in the slicer and glued.

WORKS WITH
CNC: Vectric Aspire and VCarve Pro (import the STL or heightmap as a component), Carveco, Fusion, Carbide Create Pro and any CAM that reads STL or grayscale heightmaps.

Please don't scale the small sizes down further: the detail is drawn for the bit listed on the cut sheet.
