Homeschool Planner 2026-2027 Spreadsheet, Attendance and Hours Tracker, Google Sheets and Excel

A homeschool planner and attendance and hours tracker spreadsheet for the 2026-2027 school year that builds your calendar, counts school days and hours against your state's requirement, and shows the date each child will finish.

Enter your first and last day, your school weekdays, breaks and holidays once. The planner lists every date of the year, color-codes your calendars and keeps the totals for up to 5 students. Log P or A, hours and core hours each day - the Dashboard tells you who is on track, who is behind, and by how much.

★ WHAT IT DOES
• Works for your state's rule: required days, total hours, core-subject hours and core hours at home. Fill in only what your state asks for (for example 180 days, or Missouri's 1,000 hours with 600 core and 400 core at home)
• Finish date for each child - the day they meet every requirement at their current pace, with spare days or how many days to add
• Pace vs. calendar - days, hours and core hours ahead or behind where you should be today
• Hours needed per school day from here on, next to each child's average so far
• Daily Log - every date already listed, with breaks, weekends and events filled in; P or A, hours and core hours per student, and Away for co-op or field-trip days. A Saturday field trip counts as a day present
• Attendance Record - pick a child for a one-page record of the year: every day P or A, monthly totals, hours, status and a signature line
• Year at a Glance - all 12 months on one printable page, color-coded for school days, breaks, weekends and events
• Monthly calendars - pick a month from a dropdown; breaks and events are written in
• Events tab for field trips, co-op days, testing and portfolio reviews
• Reusable - change the dates next year and the whole planner rebuilds itself
