Built by a Turo host for car sharing hosts. Enter your cars once, then log trips (or paste your Turo earnings CSV) and expenses. For every car you get its true profit, the booked days it needs to break even, and a clear Keep / Watch / Consider selling verdict with a plain-English reason, like "Booked 7 days/mo, needs 15 to break even."

★ WHAT IT DOES
• True profit per car: host earnings + reimbursements + claim payouts − expenses − insurance − loan interest − depreciation
• Depreciation built in: purchase price vs. today's estimated value, spread over the months you've owned the car
• Break-even booked days per month for each car, next to the days it actually gets booked
• Utilization and profit per booked day, by month and for the year to date
• Verdict per car from rules you set (default: lost money 3 of the last 3 months = Consider selling)
• Optional Turo import: paste your earnings CSV and columns are matched by header name, so order doesn't matter. Reimbursements are split out, cancelled trips add no booked days, and duplicates are skipped
• Dashboard: fleet totals, a row per car and true profit by month (months that lost money are highlighted)
• Vehicle Report: pick a car and print one page, month by month, with cash left after loan payments
• Tax Summary: income, expenses by category, business miles and a standard mileage vs. actual expense comparison (IRS rate by date, editable: 72.5¢ Jan–Jun and 76¢ from Jul 1, 2026)
• Up to 10 vehicles, 1,000 trips, 1,000 expenses, mileage log, 12 editable expense categories, shared expenses split across cars
